Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel continues to operate and welcome guests in its usual rhythm, despite the fire that occurred in March. The plan is to open the "Mozaiko" restaurant on the fourth floor of the hotel's old wing, which was affected by the fire, by the end of this year.

Currently, the dismantling of the burnt section of the wing is nearly complete. This will be followed by the restoration of the building and subsequent interior finishing works, in accordance with the necessary procedures.

The restaurant, situated on the fourth floor of Ambassadori Tbilisi Hotel, will offer guests an updated, sophisticated and modern design, accompanied by a fusion of European and Georgian cuisine. As part of the project, "Mozaiko" will also feature an open summer terrace.

Once the restaurant reopens, "Mozaiko" sushi, renowned as the best sushi in Tbilisi, will return to its traditional place. In the meantime, you can still enjoy it at the "A.T Kitchen" restaurant located on the hotel's ground floor.

Simultaneously with the restoration efforts of "Mozaiko", a total of ten (the number is approximate and subject to change) rooms in the old wing of the hotel will undergo comprehensive renovation and refurbishment.
